BarnBridge should relaunch its token to include some of the aspects that Sushi uses via xSushi and some of what Olympus uses with yield advancement & bonding.

The sole purpose of this is not to be a reserve currency, but instead to bring more utility to the BarnBridge Governance Token and utilize it to provide more utility to the BarnBridge products, starting primarily with SMART Yield V2.

This will introduce a new token: $BARN

We are proposing a new token because the concepts outlined below are not possible without the ability to expand the token supply, which in its current form, BOND, cannot do.

Some of the first snapshots should be electing leads.

• DAO vote triggers quarterly operational budgets
• You have leads and contributors for each specialization
• They have a set pay band, with a sliding scale for contribution time
• Working groups should not be more than 10 people imo
• Working group leads submit budgets to a committee of guardians to approve
